Cleo U. Russell, age 76, of 507 Holston Circle, Rogersville, passed away Wednesday morning at Hawkins County Memorial Hospital after an extended illness. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Rogersville. She was preceded in death by her husband Hobart D. Russell, son Dee Russell, brother John Underwood, and sister Betty Underwood Wells.
Survivors include her son J. Fredrick Russell of Rogersville; daughter Virginia R. McConnell of Rogersville; 3 grandchildren Rick Russell, Ann Russell and Hannah McConnell; and brother, Claude Underwood of Orlando, FL.
