It is unknown where Peter is buried or what day he died. The only thing I have ever been able to find is what it says in his wife Jane's obit which said that Peter died in 1895 in Oregon City. Obit's are notorious for having inaccurate information in them. "He died in 1895" could be that he died in 1894 or maybe he really died in 1896 or 1897? My best guess from that would be that Peter may very well be buried right next to Jane and whatever grave marker he ever got was destroyed by vandals many years ago and never replaced or who knows?? It is quite possible too that Peter got buried somewhere else? If he was in Mt. View you would think that Mt View would have him in their records but as you know records that long ago were not kept very well a lot of the time.
