She married Otto Bauer on May 25, 1924, at her parents home north of Guymon, Okla. He died April 20, 1996.
She was a homemaker. She and her husband were land owners and active in farming near Guymon.
She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Liberal.
Survivors include three sons, Robert Bauer and wife, Jeannie, Leroy Bauer and wife, Irene, and Kenneth Bauer and wife, Jean, all of Gymon; twin daughters, Clarice hinds and husband, Leo, Amarillo, Texas; and Clara Mae Sutton, Aurora, Colo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers, Otto, Henry, Edmond and Amos; four sisters, Amelia Booth, Molly Duncan, Laura Quinn and Ella Costner; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
