Christian and Johanne immigrated to the US in 1913 with their daughter Anne. First lived in Lakeville, Dakota Co., MN, where two more daughters were born, before moving to Emerald, WI. Later the family moved to River Falls, WI.

BALDWIN -- Funeral services for Mrs. Johanne Jensen, 73, were held Saturday in Gethsemane Lutheran Church here. Burial was in the Baldwin Cemetery.
Mrs. Jensen died Nov 9 in the Baldwin Hospital. Born in Samso, Denmark, she had lived here for many years.
Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Stanley Clemmens, Menomonie; Mrs. Oscar Amundson. St. Paul, Minn., Mrs. Elmer DeYoung, Baldwin; one son, Erving, Lake Geneva; one sister in Denmark; 16 grandchildren; and 27 great-grandchildren.
Daughters are Anne Clemmens, Marion Amundson, Doris DeYoung.
