Frances (Casey) Stewart, 84, wife of William Douglas Stewart of Union, SC, died Tuesday, August 16, 2005 at her home.

Mrs. Stewart was born in Lockhart, SC, October 7, 1920, daughter of the late L.C. and Ella Porter Casey.

Retired from Milliken Company, Lockhart Plant, she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lockhart.

Surviving in addition to her husband are two daughters, Cecilia S. James and husband Harold of Greer, and Camelia Garrison and husband Frank of Birmingham, AL; two sisters, Lucille Adams of Lancaster and Ruby Allen of Lockhart; three grandchildren, Stewart James, Stephanie James and Wes Garrison; one great-grandchild, Will Garrison; caregivers, Rose Seibert, Laura Moss, Marie Youngblood, Cindy Inman and Margaret Braddock.

Graveside Services were held 3:00 p.m. Thursday, August 18, 2005 at Padgetts Creek Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Lay Pastor Billy Sumner and Rev. Ben Hill.

The family received friends immediately following the graveside service.

In lieu of flowers, memorials could be made to Union County Rescue Squad, % Dr. John Flood, 801 W. Main Street, Union, SC 29379.
