LUTHER EDWARD WEBB, 88, of Rossville, Tenn., retired City of Memphis watchman, died Tuesday at St. Francis Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. tomorrow at Forest Hill Funeral Home Midtown with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Clara Pearl Webb; three daughters, Mrs. Juanita Farris of Ecru, Miss., Mrs. Nila Farris of Memphis, and Mrs. Mary Helen Ricossa of Plano, Texas; five sons, Hugh Webb, J.T. Webb and Cecil Webb, all of Memphis, Bobby Webb of Cordova and Richard Webb of Rossville; 22 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
