She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Fort Smith.
She was preceded in death by her husband Wayne Wilkerson; son, Roger Wilkerson; daughter in law, Nancy Wilkerson; three sisters, Verna Winborn, Dorothy Kidd, Sue Allen; one brother, Felix Basham
She is survived by a daughter, Mary Kathleen Wilkerson of Fort Smith; son, Sam Wilkerson and his wife Vicki of Tulsa, OK; a sister, Ann Morrell of Mulberry, AR; and five grandchildren, Rachel Wilkerson, Lisa Wilkerson, Angela Wilkerson, Julia Wilkerson, and Samuel Wilkerson.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith, AR. Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Bluff Cemetery in Springdale, AR under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home in Van Buren.
