Sarah Stanton married Nathan Chesebrough 13 Jan. 1691/92 Stonington, Ct. They had a total of six children. During my research, I found that their information came from Stonington, New London, Ct. records but was also taken from Chapman, Middlesex, Ct. records with the same dates. Middlesex and New London Counties are next to each other, confusing to say the least. The only child that has a memorial page is listed below. The other children were: SARAH born 3 Jan. 1692, died 8 Jan. 1692, 5 days old. SARAH born 25 Sept 1694, died 22 Nov. 1707, 13 yrs. and 2 mo. HANNAH born 27 July 1697, died 27 May 1707, 9 yrs. 10 mo. NATHANIEL born 11 May 1700, died 5 Aug. 1701, 1 yr. 3 mo. THANKFUL born 4 Apr. 1703, died. 6 Nov. 1704, 1 yr. 7 mo, 2 da. Information from Family Search. Sarah (Stanton) Chesebrough is said to have died in 1707, although I have found no documentation, but it seems likely she may have died because of the birth of their last child Nathan who was born in 1707.
