Mr. Albert Lee Mross, 68, of Weiner, Arkansas died Friday, August 16, 2013 at his home. He was born July 27, 1945, the son of Paul David and Nettie L. (Block) Mross.
Mr. Mross was a self-employed farmer, retiring in 1999, and a member of the Weiner Methodist Church. He was a United States Marine Corp veteran, serving in Vietnam. He loved hunting, and was a member of the AKC, PKC, and UKC Coon Hunting Clubs.
Mr. Mross was preceded in death by his father, Paul David Mross.
He is survived by his wife of seventeen years, Shelia (George) Mross of the home; his mother, Nettie Clark of Weiner; four sons, Craig Mross and wife Carla of Weiner, Jerry Mross of Cherry Valley, Terry Gene Mross and wife Cindy of Weiner, and Jeff Mross and wife Holleah of Harrisburg; one step-son, Jeff McClory and wife Amy of Knoxsville, Tennessee; one step-daughter, Tasha Reid and husband James of Conway; one brother, Shelby Block Mross and wife Sandra of Strawberry; two sisters, Paulette Norris of Weiner and Phyllis Caldwell and husband Mickey of Weiner; sixteen grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; his coon dogs, Z71 and Lady Bug; and his house dog, DeDe.
