Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at Riffe's Funeral Chapel, Officiating will be the Rev. Kellis McClaugherty and the Rev. D.L.Atkinson. Burial will be in Birchlawn Burial Park.
Retired after 36 years of service at Celco Plant, he was the son of the late John B. and Maude Meadows Eastburn and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mavis W. Eastburn, Narrows; three sons, Jeffrey L. Eastburn, Narrows and Dan C. and Phillip D. Eastburn, both of Los Angeles, Calif., and a brother James W. Eastburn, Princeton, W.Va. He was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Geneva E. Stafford.
