Hazel M. Berry
Hazel M. Berry, 77, died at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 19, 1997 at the Porter Memorial Hospital, Valparaiso.
She was born in Kuttawa, KY on March 26, 1919 to Mr. and Mrs. Will and Mary (Hobson) Lockhart.
She was married to Rawden Berry, on June 16, 1976 in Florence AL, Mr. Berry died june 19, 1994. Mrs. Berry had been a resident of Wheatfield for 25 years.
She was a homemaker and had previously worked at community Discount Store, Miller. She was a member of Wheatfield Baptist Church and a member of the Retail Clerks Union-Hammond.
Survivors include one daughter Janeeen Daughtrey, Wheatfield; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, one son, Darryl; two brothers, and one sister.
Burial at Wheatfield Cemetery.
