Ruth's father, Samuel, died probably in Vershire about 1815. Her mother, Hannah Langley Flanders, married Jeremiah Danforth at Lebanon NH in 1815. Hannah was in the 1850 Claremont, Sullivan Co., NH census with husband Jeremiah as Hannah Danforth, age 75.
