Eula Mae Coker Worthy, age 94, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Parkside Nursing Home in Ft. Oglethorpe, GA. A native of Franklin County, she was born October 17, 1918 in Sewanee, and lived all but the past three years in Decherd. When her health began to fail, she moved to Northern Georgia to be near family. She will be remembered as a very devoted mother and grandmother who always prepared three meals each day and adored her cats, especially "Midnight".

She is preceded in death by her son, Jimmy Dale Worthy, her mother and father, Della Potts and James Campbell Coker and 4 brothers.

She is survived by her granddaughters, Christy (Mark Johnson) Worthy of Chickamauga, GA and Jamie (Kevin) Bilbrey of Goodlettesville, TN; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Edge, Brandon Edge, Hunter Worthy, Kolby Bilbrey and Kamden Bilbrey.

A graveside service will be conducted Monday, February 4, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. at Mt. Garner Cemetery with Heath Roberts serving as the Celebrant. Online condolences may be sent to www.watsonnorth.com.
