Graveside services for Mrs. Hazel Mundine of 3533 Sumner Street, Shreveport, LA will be held Sunday, July 20, 1975 at 1:00 P.M. at Forest Park Cemetery with Rev. Sam Crouch, associate pastor of Queensborough Baptist Church, officiating.
A resident of Shreveport since 1946, she was a native of DuAnn, AR. Mrs. Mundine died Thursday, July 17, 1975 at 11:15 P.M. at Willis-Knighton Hospital in Shreveport following a sudden illness.
Mrs. Mundine was preceded in death by her husband, Quintus W. Mundine on June 26, 1975.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Mrs. Delma Gray of Dallas, TX; two nephews, George Gray of Dallas, TX and Paul Hudgens of Oklahoma City, OK, and two nieces, Mrs. Mary Butler of Oklahoma City, OK and Mrs. Nolan Pugh of Dallas, TX.
