Frances D. Callahan of Charleston, formerly of Mattoon passed away August 10 at the Odd Fellows- Rebekah home in Mattoon. Frances was proceeded in death by her parents, two brothers and three sisters.
She leaves her son, Russell Ropes and wife Jonny and her daughter Judith Cordray, four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
