Rose Pozniak, North Scranton, died Wednesday at Commonwealth Hospice Unit in Regional Hospital of Scranton after an illness. She was the wife of John A. Pozniak, who died Sept. 28, 1994.
A lifelong resident of Scranton, daughter of the late Michael and Alexandria Otkala Swaha, she was a handler in the cutting room in the local textile industry before retirement. She was a member of Holy Rosary Church.
