Mrs. Mary Iva Brown, 77, of 6521 W. 78th Terrace, Overland Park, died yesterday at Shawnee Mission Hospital. She was born in Marion County, Illinois, and moved to Overland Park in 1954.
Mrs. Brown was a member of the American Association of Retired Persons and the Golden Age Club of Overland Park. She leaves a brother, Marvin H. Jamison, Fontana, Kan.; three sisters, Mrs. Lola C. Price, Salina, Kan., Mrs. Helen(sic) Newland, San Diego, and Miss Martha E. Jamison, 3224 W. Coleman Road, and a step grandson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Home Chapel, Overland Park; burial at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the Versailles, Mo., Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at the chapel."
