Daniel Eamor and Sarah Jane McAllister were married 25 Nov 1873 in Smiths Falls, Lanark County, Ontario, Canada. Seven (known) children born to this union: Minnie A., Amanda, Isabelle Ann, Jacob Daniel, Laban, John Alexander, and George.

Death of Mr. Daniel Eamor
The death occurred on Friday morning last, November 15th, of Daniel Eamor, who has been a resident in this district for almost nine years. Mr. Eamor was born at Smiths Falls, Ontario, and from there he went to Brooklands District, Manitoba, where he was a resident for twenty-three years, when he removed to the farm north of Vulcan.
During his residence in this district Mr. Eamor was a widely known man, and a keen agriculturist, and his many friends will mourn his death. His illness was of short duration. He contracted a slight chill about a week before his death, which developed into pneumonia. Mr. Eamor was 74 years of age, and leaves a widow, three sons and one daughter.
The interment took place at the Highland cemetery on Tuesday, November 18th, at 2 o'clock.
