Kenneth Marshall, 92, of Dugspur, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at Skyline Nursing and Rehab Center. Mr. Marshall was born in Carroll County to the late Floyd Alexander and Bertie Elizabeth Wright Marshall. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Lila May Marshall and son, Joseph L. Marshall.
Survivors include:
Daughter, June Marshall;
Brother, Ezra Marshall;
Sister and brother-in-law, Daisy and Cavilla McPeak ;
Five grandchildren and spouses, Dorcas and Bill Sutphin, Angela and Steve Graham, Patricia and Don Osborne, Leonard, Jr. and Janella Goad, and Melissa and Mike Branscome; and eleven great grandchildren and spouse, Ashley and Travis Combs, Lucas Graham, Kristen Osborne, Elizabeth Goad, Elaina Sutphin, Lauren Osborne, Breanna Branscome, Courtney Goad, Samantha Branscome, Aaron Osborne, and Zachary Branscome.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 10:00 AM at Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Poston and Rev. Leonard Goad, Jr. officiating.
Burial will follow in the (Ezra) Marshall Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, September 26, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Vaughan-Guynn-McGrady Chapel is serving the family.
