According to the book researched and written by Margaret Hall Mask, Andrew and Martha (Patsy) Price may have received land from Mary Price when they were married. (As was instructed in Monsieur's will). They evidently did well because he continued to buy or was given land near his father. She goes on to say that they at one time lived in a log cabin on the Monroe-New Salem Road, which was still standing in 1959.
In Martha's will which was probated 22 Oct 1891, Martha left bequests to the children of her deceased daughters, Melissa Benton and Easter (Price) Price. She did not mention any of her sons. Perhaps Andrew had left them land when he died. She directed that "my remaining property to be evenly divided between my four daughters now living, E. J Crowell, Thetis Colen Price, Martha Edna Price and S M Price".
She also said that both were buried in Price-Tomberlin Cemetery.
