Isaac Alexander departed this life Wednesday September 11, 1912, aged 64 years, S months, 10 days. He was born in Hagerstown, Wayne county, Ind. He was united In marriage to Mary Brockus, June 2, 1869. To this union were born four children: Mrs.
Etta Lockridge, Rolla Alexander of Burnettsville, Mrs. Orpha Martindale of New Castle and, Mrs. Gertrude Mertz of Mezia; Texas. Mr. Alexander served three years in the civil
war. He was a memberr of the Brethem church. He leaves to mourn his departure: his wife, four children, twelve grand children, two brothers and a host of friends.
The funeral was held Friday morning at ten o'clock at the Brethren church by Rev. Heeter. Interment at the Davis cemetery.
