Jerry Bethel Anderson, 82, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013, in Mansfield. Service: 2 p.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church. Mansfield. Interment: Mansfield Cemetery. Jerry was born in Hominy, Okla., on April 15, 1931, the son of Bethel and Gertie Anderson. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Lois, Evelyn, Ethel and Delta; and brothers, Kenneth, Edwin "Buddy" and Tommy. Survivors: Wife of 62 years, Vernie Anderson; sons, Gary and Charlie Anderson; grandchildren, Kaylee and Corey Anderson; and many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
