Elizabeth Smith Anderson, 89, died in American Fork, June 5, 1994 at the home of her daughter.

Born November 4, 1904 in Granger, Utah, to Jesse Moroni and Priscilla Smith. Married to Owen Benjamin Anderson, June 1, 1921; later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Member of the LDS Church, where she served in Relief Society and Primary ward and stake callings. Served two missions with her husband at Hill Cumorah farm in Palmyra, New York and California North Mission. Also served in the Manti and Provo Temples. Member of DUP.

She is survived by three sons and four daughters, Robert (Fern), of Pleasant Grove; Margaret (David) Adams, of Layton; Esther (Elden) Kimball, of Salt Lake city; Stanley (Barbara), of Pleasant Grove; Stephen (Peggy), Orem; Eileen (Vergil) Peterson, of American Fork; Karen (David) Howard, of Orem; a sister, Emily (Bert) Parker, of Salt Lake City; 48 grandchildren; 111 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and six foster children. She was preceded in death by her husband, a son, Ernest (Anne), West Valley, six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday, June 9, 1994, 10 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove 11th Ward, 193 North 400 East. Friends may call at the Olpin Family Mortuary, 494 South 300 East, from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, and at the church one hour before services. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
