Anna Ellen De La Mater, oldest daughter of Wm. M. and Hester A. De La Mater was born March 22, 1859 at Pine Grove, Crawford county, Wis. She departed this life at her home March 7, 1933, at the age of 73 years, 11 months and 16 days.
She was married to George Harrisan Bridgewood, December 21, 1879. To this union were born four children, Hester M. Nippert of Alexandria, George S. who died May 19, 1928, and James M. at home and Roy at Western.
Also surviving are two grandchildren, a brother, M. J. De La Mater of Ohiowa and other family.
Two sisters, Minnie M. Cumpston and Lemma L. Cumpson preceded her in death.
