HAVEN - Robert (Bob) Wayne Stoffer, formerly of Haven, Kan., died at home in Chanhassen, Minn., on Sept. 1, 2012, at age 64 after a 19-month battle with cancer. Bob was born on March 21, 1948, in Hutchinson, Kan., to Virginia Ruth (Clifford) Stoffer and Wayne Maxey Stoffer.
Survived by wife, Marjorie (White) Stoffer; sister, Mary Ann (Stoffer) Miller (John); daughter, Dena (Stoffer) Reuther; stepson, Chris Anderson; stepdaughter, Alicia (Anderson) Carrigan; granddaughters, Kelsi Stoffer, Taylor Reuther, Sydney Reuther, Miah Carrigan; nephew, Brent Colley (Kandee); uncle, Jack Parker.

Bob graduated high school from Haven, Kan., in 1966. He also attended Hutchinson Junior College and Wichita Technical Institute. He worked for 25 years at Eaton/Cessna as a drafting supervisor and eight years at Entegee as a marketing/sales manager. Bob retired at age 52 and worked part-time at Gander Mountain in the gun dept. Bob served on the Haven, Kan., city council from 1982 to 1989. He served in the Kansas Air National Guard and served in the U.S. Air Force as a Technical Sergeant. His hobbies included woodworking, boating, fishing, motorcycle riding, target shooting, and spending time with family and his dog, Sheana.

Memorial service Thursday with visitation an hour prior at Washburn McReavy Funeral Home, 7625 Mitchell Road, 1 block north of Hwy 5, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (612-673-1748) at 10 a.m.
