ROBERT L FISCHER of Titusville, FL died at Parrish Medical Center. Bob was a WWII, U.S. Army Air Corp veteran serving as a B-29 Flight Engineer, received a Bachelor Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Colorado University in Boulder, CO and had a 35 year career with NASA in Aeronautics & Cryogenics Engineering and retired as a 115 year consultant with Nasa/Houston. He had a successful cruise business, Destination Cruise. Preceded in death by his parents, Alfred F and Mildred L Fischer and brother, Alfred F, surviving are his wife, Betty A Fischer (married 2/12/1982 in Titusville); children, Beth A (Phil) Carr, Gregory E (Stacey) Hopper, Deborah L (Carl, III) Ball and grandchildren, Ryan L Carr, Brent E Carr and Jacquelyn Grace Hopper. A 'Celebration of Life' memorial service, with military honors, will be held August 10, 2013, at the Park Avenue Baptist Church with the Reverend Peter Lord officiating.
