Margaret was married to George Hammer. They eventually lived in Williamsville, Wayne County, Missouri.
At the time of her death at Lucy Lee Hospital, Margaret was 80 years, 8 months and 10 days old. She was survived by her husband, George; and 1 sister, Beulah Crader of Hamburg, Illinois.
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death several family members including her brother, Amos Boyd Surgeon.
Visitation was held after 6 p.m. on 19 Nov 1980 at Hanks Funeral Home in Hardin, Illinois. Graveside rites were conducted at 10 a.m. the following morning.
Margaret's husband, George, passed away in 1983.
