WILLARD C. Yoder DIED SATURDAY

Willard C. Yoder residing eight miles southwest of town passed away at 9:50 last Saturday evening after a two years siege with tuberculosis, surrounded by his wife, and his three children, Mrs. Claud Roberts, Mahlon, and Miss Pearl. Funetal services were held at the home at 8 o'clock Monday afternoon, being in charge of Reverands G. S. Hawkins, G. W. Edwards and Cunningham.
Interment was made in the Frederick cemetery.
A sister. Mrs. Gray and. a brother, Will Yoder, both of Tuttle, together with a nephew, Willard Yoder, of Chickasha, were present at the funeral.
Mr. Yoder was originally from Indiana, going to Chandler in the early history of the territory and coming to this portion of Comanche county at the opening of this new country. He was always a good citizen, kind father and faithful husband, whose presence will be sorely missed.
He was twice married, his second marriage taking place 13 years ago. The three children are from his former wife.
He owned two farms south of town.
Deceased was 53 years old.
