Born in Sweden June 23, 1898, Mr. Fransen had lived in East Bemidji for several
years where he was an active Farmers Club member.
Survivors include his wife Laura, who is also a patient at the North Haven Home;
a stepson, Sidney Sand of Blackduck; three step grandchildren and four great
step grandchildren.
