CLARA BOWERMAN
Clara Della Bowerman, daughter of Caroline and Charles Bowerman, was born in Seneca County, Ohio, on the twenty-third day of August, 1866, and passed away on the twenty-third day of April, 1936, at the age of sixty-nine years and eight months.
When eleven years of age, she came to Steuben County, Indiana, where she spent the rest of her days. At the age of nineteen years she united with United Brethren church, known as the Pleasant View church.
She leaves to mourn her departure one sister and two brothers: Mrs. Alice Baker, of Montgomery, Mich., Mr. William H. Bowerman, of Angola, Ind., and Mr. Arthur Bowerman, of Republic, Ohio; also one niece and nephew, one great niece and three great nephews and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held in Klink Funeral Home, Angola, Sunday afternoon, April 26, at 2:00 p.m. Rev. John Humfreys officiating. Burial in Flint cemetery.
