Ruth Ansley Evans, 88, of Fayetteville, GA passed away peacefully on Thursday June 5, 2008. In her life Mrs. Evans was a retired seamstress and a faithful member Whitesburg Baptist Church. Mrs. Evans is predeceased by her husband of 33 years, J.B. (Henry) Evans.
Survivors include her son Larry & Marcia Roberts, Lilburn, GA and by her grandchildren, Chris Roberts of Lilburn, GA and Laura Planer of Kentucky.
The family will receive friends on Saturday June 7, 2008, 10:00-11:00A.M. at the funeral home. Funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel following the visitation at 11:00A.M with the Rev. Tom Lee officiating. Interment will take place in Georgia Memorial Park.
