Albert M. "Bill" Albaugh 77, died Monday, June, 21, 1999, in Regional Medical Center following a long illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, St. Mary's Catholic Church, by the Rev. Ralph Simington. Burial: St. Mary's Cemetery, with military rites. The family will greet friends from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Bohnenkamp-Murdoch Funeral Home, Manchester where a vigil service begins at 5 p.m. Friends may also call after 9:30 a.m. Thursday at the Church. Survivors included his wife, Isabelle; a daughter, Mary Lee Brooks of Milan, Ill.; and a brother Arthur Albaugh, and sister, Edith Ford, both of Tipton.
