SPORY - Albert James, 87, Boswell, died Aug. 19, 2010, at Memorial Medical Center. Born Jan. 2, 1923, in Hollsopple, son of Charles and Dora (Mangus) Spory. Preceded in death by parents; sister, Carrie Wingard; and brother, Walter Spory. Survived by wife of 63 years, Jean (Flasher); daughters, Wanda, married to Larry Eshleman, Boswell; and Ginger, married to Alan Klietz, Fridley, Minn.; grandchildren, Angela, married to Charles St. Clair, Boswell; and Shawn Eshleman, married to Valerie, Boswell; and great-grandchildren, Katie, Savannah and Cassidy St. Clair; and Anna, Gracie and Will Eshleman. Member of Trinity Presbyterian Church in America. He enjoyed hunting and snowmobiling. Army veteran. Owner of Spory Construction. He was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave. Viewing also from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, the Rev. Dr. David Karlberg. Interment, Blough Cemetery.
