He was married about 1911 in Montgomery County to Mattie N Garrett (1892–1982). [In her obituary in THE LEAF-CHRONICLE, A B's wife's name is given as Nattie Wimberly, and she died in Inkster, Michigan and was buried in one of the several Evergreen cemeteries in Montgomery County.]
A minister, A B passed away on February 28, 1945 in Cumberland City, Rural Route 2 and was buried on March 3rd in Bibbs Cemetery at Liners Chapel.
