She was born on Feb. 23, 1920, in Putnam County to the late James L. and Dora Dunavin Boyd. Mrs. Littrell was a homemaker and a member of Baxter First Church of God.
Her family includes four daughters, Gaile Paul, Regina Meadows and Carol Bradford, all of Cookeville, and Joan Littrell of Baxter; two sons, Gary and Jeff Littrell, both of Cookeville; 10 grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Clay Littrell; an infant son, Earl Littrell; and a greatgrandson, Hunter Maynard.
