Natalie was born to Ms. Vickie Becks and James Carter September 30, 1980 . She attended Waxahachie public Schools and graduated with the class of 1999. She confessed Christ at a early age and was a faithful member of Emmanuel Upper Room COGIC She met and married James Toney and to this union one daughter Jamyia Marshay Toney was born..Natalie was employed by Walgreens as a select Picker and played on Walgreens softball team. Her loving and caring spirit is one that will never be forgotten, a devoted mother and the backbone of the family will be truly missed , her memories will live on forever. Survived by:father, James Carter, mother Vickie Becks(Barry), Husband, James E. Toney, daughter, Jamyia. M. Toney, stepson, Itavion D. Toney,two brothers: Terrance L. Carter and Elijah Ray Brown, two sisters: Jamie A. Carter-Austin and Kimberly Sams, grandmother, Lorine Becks Bruce, two aunts Gloria Carter and Carolyn Glenn(Carl) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends. Viewing on Friday from 1:00am to 6:30 pm, followed by a wake service from 7pm to 8pm in the Community funeral Home Edgar Thomas Memorial Chapel. Funeral service Saturday .
