10 Dec 1918: Mrs. Joseph Stick, of 534 North Doe Alley, died at one o'clock on Monday afternoon a victim of pneumonia following an illness of two weeks. She was 46 years old and a daughter of the late Adam Gerberich, of East Hanover Township. She leaves her husband and two children, Henry, at home, and Mrs. Myrle Leese, of this city. Three brothers, Amos and Edwin Gerberich and Freeman Rump, all of this city, are also left. She was a member of the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church and Manhattan Council No. 79, Degree of Pocahontas. The funeral will be held at two o'clock, with services at the house and burial at Mt.
