county native and widow of John Alkire,
died Sunday at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. Schyler Clark, in South Bend. She
was a member of the Presbyterian church.
Surviving, besides the daughter, are two
sons, Lewis, Denver Colo., and Edward in
Pennsylvania, and a brother Artie of
South Bend.
The body will be brought here to the
Rogers and Henderson funeral home, where
friends may call after 10 a.m. Thursday.
Services will be held from the funeral
home Thursday at 1 p.m., Rev B. D. Beck
officiating; burial in Hebron Cemetery.
