Amos Allgyer, 82, resident of Kinzers

Amos G. Allgyer, 82, of 5293 Peters Road, Kinzers, died early Tuesday at home after a long illness.
He was the husband of Thea [Leah]Blank Allgyer, who died in February.
Born in Upper Leacock Township, he was a son of the late John K. and Rebecca Glick Allgyer.
Upon retiring from farming, he worked at Bareville Scale Co., Bareville.
He was a member of the Old Order Amish church.
Surviving are four sons, Samuel B. and John B., both of New Holland and Elmer B. and Amos B., both of Kinzers; four daughters, Naomi, wife of Steve Johnson, of Leola, Mary Ann, wife of Richard Bender, of Lancaster, Rebecca Riehl of Kinzers and Elsie, wife of Reuben Smucker, of New Holland; 22 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
