Mr. Woodrow Armstead was born to Monroe & Mable James Armstead. He attended Reagen High School. At an early age he united with Bowman Chapel Methodist Church; upon moving to Corpus Christi he united with St. Paul United Methodist Church & remained faithful & loyal until he became ill. He was a veteran of World War II.
