Althea L. Ringling, age 86, of Miles City died July 23, 2005, at the Holy Rosary Extended Care facility in Miles City.
She was born to David W. and Addie (Parks) Shearer July 18, 1919, near Sixteen.
She married Paul Ringling in Livingston Dec. 18, 1940, and they had three children.
Althea is survived by her husband Paul Ringling of Miles City; her children: Richard T. Ringling of Miles City; Ann B. Ringling of Portsmouth, N.H., and Paul D. "Rock" Ringling and his wife Bobbi Uecker of Helena; two nephews Wesley Skerritt of Fort Benton, and Arnold Doig of Manhattan; one sister Esther Skerritt of White Sulphur Springs; and three grandchildren: Matthew Pierce, and Joe and Ricky Ringling.
Visitation is July 27 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Stevenson & Sons Funeral Home in Miles City. Funeral services are July 29 at 1 p.m. in White Sulphur Springs. Interment will follow in the Mayn Cemetery in White Sulphur Springs.
