Count. Third son of Count Alexai Pavlovitch Bobrinskoy. Married in Tula, 7 May 1900, Marie Nikonova, who was born in Nikitskoie, 27 July 1883, and died in Paris 7 May 1956. Represented Russion nationalist in the second, third, and fourth State Dumas, advocating speedy Russification of border regions and supporting Pyotr Stolypin's reforms. Like most Bobrinskoys, he emigrated to France following revolutionary confiscation of family properties.
