Florence is the daughter of Frank Norris Robbins & Orpha Esta Randel. She married George Willard Heacock on 13 Jul 1931 in Hutchinson, Reno, KS. They had 4 children: Erma Elaine (Heacock) Mallett, LaVern Eugene, Roberta Kay "Bertie" (Heacock) Droste, and Gary Edward.
