Mrs. A. Tidrick died at her home southwest of Wayne Tuesday night. Deceased had been very ill the past few months and in poor health for two or three years, heart trouble being the immediate cause of death. The funeral was held at Grace Church south of Wayne, Tuesday forenoon, conducted by Rev. Stine of Wakefield.
Kezia Slonecker was born April 19, 1842 in Harrison County, Ohio. She was married to Albert Tidrick May 7, 1859 and came to Wayne County in 1885 having lived on the farm southwest of Wayne for nearly 22 years. Six daughters were born to the union, four of whom are living. Deceased was a member of the Christian Church and was beloved by her neighbors and acquaintances.
