77, of Janesville, WI, and formerly of Beloit, WI, died Saturday, at Rock Haven Nursing Home. She was born in the town of Brockway, Jackson County, WI, the daughter of Hugh and Goldie Mae (Woodford) Cain. Nancy attended grade school in Brockway, and in 1948, moved to Beloit, WI, and grew up on Bittle Street. She was a 1954 graduate of Beloit Memorial High School. Nancy married Robert W. Aney on July 10, 1954, in St. John's Lutheran Church. He predeceased her on Oct. 31, 2001. Nancy was formerly employed by Admiral Corporation in Harvard, IL, for six years. She also cleaned homesteads and facilities after fires for 20 years and cleaned for Annette Adelman for 14 years. She enjoyed sewing, doing crafts, and making her own earrings. She loved her cat, George. She was predeceased by her parents; daughter, Robin Aney; son, Kevin Aney; sister, Peggy Vandervort; and brother-in-law, Tom Burns.
