Arthur Redus Myers Passes

Funeral rites for Arthur Redus Myers, who died Jan 27th at the home of his brother, Dewey Myers of Silver Creek, were held from Calvary Baptist Church with the pastor, Rev. Flynt, officiating. Interment followed in Wesson Cemetery with Walden's Funeral Home in charge.

Paul Sanders, George Hartzog, Mickey Schwarzaur, Herman Daughdrill, Clarence Sanders, Robert Robinson, Ben Herrington and Clarence Barr, all members of the American Legion, served as pall bearers.

The deceased was a veteran of World War I, and leaves a daughter, Miss Barbara Jean Myers, of St. Mary of the Pines at Chatawa.
