Lola Geraldine "Bean" Austin passed from this life on Easter Sunday, 2014 at the age of 79, of natural causes, at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Their care and generosity for her and her family could not be surpassed.

She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband, of 45 years, Ott Austin; her parents, Lawrence and Eurma Allen of Faulknerville, Arkansas; sisters, Bulen Ozley, Etta Cupp, Pauline Foster, Helen Bailey and Rosemary Vannatter; granddaughter, Sherry Michelle Wall; and great granddaughter, Caliegh Michelle Forkum;

She is survived by daughters, Carolyn (Vernon) Day of Paragould, Arkansas and Lola (Randy) Cooper of Paragould, Arkansas; a lifelong childhood friend that was loved like a sister, Sally Watson of Paragould, Arkansas; grandchildren, DeeDee Ellis of Gainesville, Arkansas, Chris Day of Denver, CO, Anthony Day of Paragould, Arkansas, Toni Garner of Paragould, Arkansas, Tony Cooper of Bentonville, Arkansas, Shanna Kinne of Swartz Creek, Michigan and Brittany Skelton of Paragould, Arkansas; nineteen beloved great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She loved her flowers, had a wonderful sense of humor and was always quick with a joke. The thought her memory will leave many with a lightness in their heart and a smile to their face. You will be missed. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM Wednesday at Heath Funeral Home.
