Oleato, age 80, died at Westy Community Care Home in Westmoreland. She was the daughter of Hiram Jackson and Clara Lucile (Seals) Burns. She married Arthur Perret on December 6, 1950, in Bossier City, Louisiana. She is survived by her children, Sharon Strifler and Michael Perret, her twin sister, Juanita Demars, her siblings, Gloria Canfield and Jack Burns, six grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, and her siblings, Colleen Livengood and Joe Burns. Memorial services were held at Campanella-Evans Mortuary in Wamego. Inurnment was in Kansas Veteran's Cemetery in Manhattan.
