Services Will Be Today For Longtime Resident
Services for Mrs. Lois A. Vigus of 3160 Nathan, who died at Baptist Hospital Tuesday night, will be at 11 a.m. today at Memphis Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park.
Mrs. Vigus, who was 59, was born in Tipton County, Tenn., and came from there to Memphis as a child. She was a member of National Avenue Baptist Church. Her husband, Jack Vigus, died several years ago.
She leaves a son, John Vigus of 4417 Jamerson; her mother, Mrs. Maude Billings of the Nathan address; two sisters, Mrs. Jack Nichols of the Nathan address; Mrs. Walter Jones of 568 Vandalia; three brothers, Leon Billings of 3414 Vernon, William Billings of 3511 Rockwood, Clarence Billings of Memphis; and four grandchildren.
