Memorial services for Yvonne McClendon, 59, of Roanoke were Sunday, Dec. 10, 2000, at 2 p.m. at Randolph Memory Gardens, with the Rev. Tim Whaley officiating.
Mrs. McClendon died Sept. 20, 1995.
She was a Randolph County native, born Aug. 19, 1936, daughter of Jeff and Pearl Traylor Gosdin. She was a member of Union Baptist Church and had been employed with Handley Mills.
Survivors include two daughters, Cindy Smith and Robbie Robinson, both of Roanoke; a granddaughter, Breanna Hester of Roanoke; and one sister, Clois Cummings of Wedowee. She had a brother, Glenn Gosdin, who died in 1996
